We’ve received a few reports regarding people working on their vehicles in the car parks. While we understand that sometimes a quick fix is needed, we’d like to kindly remind all residents that the Off-Street Parking Order specifies:
Servicing, washing, painting, or tending to any vehicle (or part of it) is not permitted in the parking areas—unless it’s reasonably necessary to enable the vehicle to leave the parking place.
