Camelford Town Council confirms that the agenda for the Full Council meeting on 18th November was legally published in line with Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 and our Standing Orders, which require public notice and summons to councillors. The agenda was displayed on four town notice boards and issued to all councillors. A technical error prevented the agenda from appearing on our website. While online publication is not a legal or Standing Order requirement, we recognise it as best practice and will continue to prioritise it. We thank the resident who brought this to our attention.
